The challenge: Ensuring a smooth jaw action

Our customer’s main challenge was to ensure a nice smooth jaw action on the increasingly popular ventriloquist masks.

The solution: Using PTFE Tubing to control the movement action

bepaly下载官网 was used to make a simple bearing within the mechanism to control the jaw action, as well as in the handheld controller.

PTFE has a very lubricious surface and so, is super slippery, which enables the cables to move freely within the mechanism, ensuring a smooth and natural (as can be, when wearing a comedy mask!) movement action.

Maybe we'll see the mask in action on 'Live at the Apollo’!
